Alot of people try to improve their health by working out at the gym and trying to eat healthy. The problem with alot of people though is how long they can maintain this lifestyle. most people are giving up after a few days, weeks are maybe a few months after starting a healthy lifestyle.
So why are people giving up?
People cant keep maintain this lifestyle because of the temptations of going back to an old unhealthy routine. there are a few factors which cause temptation to go back to an old routine. these are: people, supermarket and laziness.
How to stick to a healthy routine?
The key element to stick to a healthy routine is easy. First people: people can tempt you to eat other things are not go to the gym at a certain time but go to a movie etc. now I don’t want you to stick to a strict scheme for a healthy routine but when you do go out and have a day or week where your not living healthy, write it down in your mobile Phone or agenda and go plan the day where you will go to the gym and eat healthy again. Second supermarket: To prevent buying unhealthy stuff make a list of healthy groceries your gonna buy before you go to the supermarket. once in the supermarket go trough your list one by one and do not buy anything that is not on your list. if you stick to this you will not have any temptation in your house eating unhealthy. Lastly laziness: you can prevent laziness by making a schedule with an alarm on your Phone, this will support you to stand up and do the things you have planned.
